Teddy Fitzgibbons
Since realizing everyone on his street was using a different lawn care company, creating a better solution for local business owners has consumed most of his waking hours. But thanks to his 2 young kids, Teddy has more waking hours than ever before. So Teddy also thinks about other stuff, such as: Pasta. By far his favorite food. He doesn’t discriminate, but thinks rigatoni is the best shape and tastes best with butter, parmesan cheese, and lemon pepper. Teddy's family includes: (I should clarify this isn’t in priority order) 2 amazing kids, a huge dog named Tuna, and a fantastic wife. They enjoy trying to keep their kids alive together. On Sundays, and sometimes Thursdays or Mondays, Teddy thinks about the Chiefs. He grew up in Kansas City (it wasn’t always this fun to be a KC fan). Last but not least, Teddy thinks about how he used to be much better at tennis than he is now. He grew up playing in highschool and college and is doing his best to stay in fighting form.

Jack Graham
Jack is originally from Hunterdon County, NJ (Yes, farmland NJ exists). Growing up he spent 6 years working for a landscaping/hardscaping company. After attending the University of South Carolina, Jack shortly worked at Deloitte in NYC before starting his own company, Top Deck Boat Detailing. Outside of StreetFair, Jack is an adrenaline enthusiast. He enjoys paramotoring, wakeboarding, playing ice hockey, racing cars (anything euro), surfing, flying planes, and being really crappy at golf (He's better at the drinking part of the game). He has traveled to over 40 countries but can never leave his 2 English Cream retrievers, Stella and Lucy, for too long.

Competition is in Donovan’s DNA. Growing up just outside of Philly, he channeled that drive into building connections and solving problems. After a few years crushing door-to-door sales, he honed his ability to turn challenges into wins and discovered his passion for helping others grow.When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find Donovan staying active—shooting hoops, dominating on the pickleball court, or hitting the trails. A lover of travel and new experiences, he’s also a vegetarian who enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and whipping up creative dishes. He channels his passion for wellness into Brick by Brick Wellness, a brand dedicated to empowering others to heal, grow, and thrive.Whether it’s sales, sports, or wellness, Donovan brings focus, heart, and a healthy dose of humor to every challenge he takes on.

Does this cost any money?
There are no monthly costs, contracts, lead gen fees, or startup fees. The only cost ever is a small success fee for completed jobs:
6% for painting and landscaping services
8% for any other services
3% for weekly/monthly/ bi-monthly recurring services
Free for lawn mowing and house cleaning
How long does it take to setup?
We make it simple to get your business started on StreetFair. Setup typically takes 10-15 minutes. You just set your coverage area, verify your service details, and you are good to go!
Is my business listed automatically?
You must confirm the details for the services you provide and select your coverage area that you want to start receiving referrals in. We make sure you're in control when you're available for referral business or not.
Can I update my service offering?
We make sure you have full control of your business listing allowing you to edit any details and update your service descriptions. We set up your listing with general information to use as a starting point.
Can I remove my business at any time?
Yes. There are no fees for removing your business. We are so confident you will love StreetFair that we have no contracts and you can remove your business at any time.
What is the max I will ever pay per customer?
We understand %'s are scary when closing big jobs. We want our great businesses to stay on StreetFair a long time and feel they are never paying an unfair amount... So we set up a max cap per customer.
How does payment work?
You collect payment from your customer like you normally do. After completing a job for a StreetFair customer, you let StreetFair know the final price, and you receive an invoice at the end of the month.
