about
Inspired by the Drop Nineteens' epic 1992 track and the beautiful thoughts and words of Senya.
lyrics
Flew too close to the sun
and now you're the one who's falling
I want to be a monochrome Siberian landscape
I want to be the river under the bridge in my countryside
I want to be the merely floating space between a morning fog and the ground
I want to have something I can call mine not deluding myself & I want to run up an after-rain-muddy path
I want to be in the middle always knowing how to step aside and hide
I want to stay up late searching why & want to be able to stop
I want to not have to fight

Album of the year 2024.Modern shoegaze classic. Directly gets into my personal top 20 shoegaze albums of all time. There is no weak track here and that makes it so great! Fans of Slowdive and Slow Crush in particular, would appreciate this record. Konnie
Lithe clarinets and off-kilter drum loops make the German band's cozy bedroom rock a refreshingly unpredictable change of pace. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 2, 2025

I waited around to buy this EP and that was a mistake - I should have picked it up right away. Highly recommended for lovers of shoegaze, dream pop, or just good music. todd1049
