Once it's got a nice crust, we're going to season generously with oregano, rosemary, black pepper, some fresh thyme, and then we're going to hit it with some garlic, onion, lemon, and tomato. Cover well and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for four hours. Four hours later, this is your final result. I like to finish mine with some fresh mint sauce and enjoy. Happy Easter.
