First I chose some matching blank cards and envelopes. Then using decorative wrapping paper I traced and cut out the envelope liner and attached it inside the envelope with some double sided tape. Next I isolate a design element from the same paper, maybe a flower, and cut it out, attaching it to the card stock for a matching set! A quick and fun was to dress up any note card.
