BBQ Spare Ribs
3hr · 1 serving Ingredients • 1 rack ribs (you can use baby back!) • 1 tbsp of each: sea salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, pepper • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1 cup bbq sauce (Would you like a recipe for this one too?) Preparation • Preheat your oven to 275°F • Coat your ribs on both sides with seasoning and sugar • Place them in an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil • Bake for about 2 hours • Carefully remove them from the oven and cover in BBQ sauce! • Broil for 3-4 minutes, serve and enjoy! Easy to make, easier to eat 😛

ULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1 rack of @GRFC Spare Ribs - hot sauce of choice - BBQ rub of choice - 2-3 tbsp of brown sugar - 5-6 tbsp of butter - 2/3 cup BBQ Sauce of choice DIRECTIONS 1. Remove the membrane from the rack then cut it in to individual ribs. 2. Coat the ribs in hot sauce as a binder then season all sides with bbq rub. 2. Place them on the smoker at 250°F for about 2 hours then pull them off and put them in an oven safe pan. 1. Add on the pats of butter, sprinkle on the brown sugar and drizzle on the bbq sauce then cover tightly in foil. 3. Place them in the oven at 275° for another hour or so until they're tender and reach around 205° internal. 4. Once done, take them out of the oven and let cool for 10 min or so then ENJOY! 🙌🏻
