Leftover Leg of Lamb Ragu Good recipe, not enough measurements. I used a 28oz can of whole tomatoes, 8oz of tomato sauce (for the sachet of tomato purée, probably 3-4c cubed lamb, and 1t of nutmeg. Didn't have leftover stock, so used about 3/4 c each of gravy and water. Would definitely make again.
