Ingredients: 8 chicken thighs 1 tbsp avocado oil Dan-o’s Original Seasoning garlic powder smoked paprika onion powder chili powder black pepper Instructions: STEP 1: Pre-heat your oven to 425˚F. STEP 2: Clean and trim your chicken thighs then try both sides with a paper towel. STEP 3: Place the chicken skin side down, brush with avocado oil and season thoroughly with seasonings listed above. Flip the chicken over and repeat on the skin side. STEP 4: Spray your baking rack with avocado oil and layer on your chicken. STEP 5: Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reached 165˚f. For best results, re-heat in the air fry for 10-12 minutes at 375˚F. #mealprep #w

This method starts with a cold pan and allows the fat to render out. This also removes the need for any cooking oil. Let’s take hibachi chicken and rice but make it into an easy sheet pan meal at home. 🍚🍗 1 lb chicken breast cubed 1 large (or two smaller) zucchini 1 onion 1/2 c teriyaki sauce (I used Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki low sodium) Heaping tbsp minced garlic Salt and pepper -Mix all together and let’s sit for 20 minutes then bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.
