Keto friendly Healthy Homemade Zucchini Wrap 🤤
Ingredients: 1 zucchini 2 eggs 1 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella & cheddar Salt & pepper to taste How to make it: 1. Preheat your oven to 350F. 2. Blend or grate your zucchini and squeeze out all of the moisture. 3. Add back to the blender with the rest of your ingredients (or simply mix in a bowl). 4. Spread thinly across a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. 5. Take it out, add your favorite fillings and enjoy! I filled mine with turkey, ham, pepperoni and American cheese 😋👌 Pro tip: This works better as a flat bread than a wrap but either way is delicious! Just be careful when rolling it and let it cool completely before messing with it 👍
