CARAMEL APPLE MAGIC COOKIES 🍏🍪 By Kalejunkie Makes 12 large “cookies” Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cashews, I like salted but unsalted works too! 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 1 cup crushed graham crackers (I used @simplemills) 1 tb apple pie spice (or pumpkin spice!) 1 green apple, diced into tiny pieces 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 can coconut condensed milk (this is approximately 11-12 ounces). You can also use regular condensed milk, if you prefer! Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Next, add all of the ingredients to a large bowl: the cashews, unsweetened coconut flakes, graham crackers, apple pie spice, apple, vanilla, and coconut condensed milk. Mix until all of the ingredients are fully coated in the condensed milk. Next, line a baking sheet with parchment
