Yule / Winter Solstice

Pagan holiday that Marks the longest day of the year and the returning of the sun. Decorate with mistletoe, holly and evergreens - cedar, juniper, pine, bay and Rosemary. Colors are red, orange and yellow. Light the Yule log - oak or pine. Make wishes for the new year. Herbs - bay, bayberry, blessed thistle, cedar, chamomile, evergreen, frankincense, holly, ivy, juniper, mistletoe, miss, nutmeg, oak, pine(cones), rosemary and sage.
