My husband made the woodbox

I was tired of trying to trim the grass around the base of our old, plastic mailbox & post, so I poured a concrete base that allows me to ride the mower around it to keep it looking neat. I used an 8'-4" x 4", cut it to match the size of the new mailbox, secured the triangular design with lag screws, then used the planer/jointer and table saw to clean up some old oak floor boards that someone was throwing away.
