This is the behavior chart that I created with a Grade 2 ESL student in mind. The student is bright and quick academically but struggles to maintain focus and keep his hands to himself.

This child behavior chart was designed for classroom use, but can be modified for use at home or in a home-school setting. The user indicates how often he or she has displayed good behavior throughout the day, and a column displays the specific good behaviors being targeted. #parenting #behaviorchart #printables
