It was a challenge to take this picture because of the harshness of the contrast between the light and shadow of the building on the Ifugao House. The ground floor is open to the elements. The Ifugao's hung their baskets and tools under the floor of the house. Underneath this pyramidal roof are two floor levels. The second floor are mostly storage for their harvests and foods. The third level is used for sleeping area.
