The solution? Engaging my adductors—the muscles on the inside of your leg.  Here’s how to do it:  Grab a yoga block and extend your hip. Drive your knee into the block, feeling your inner thigh and bottom side abs engage. Hold for ten breaths. Next, flex your hip and repeat the drill for another ten breaths. 🧘‍♂️  The adductors can be a game changer!
