I'm starting with 20 ounces of frozen broccoli and I'm going to add in half of one white diced onion. Now I'm coming in with some cream of mushroom soup. I'm going to get all of that out of my can. And I'm going to use one can of evaporated milk. Now I'm adding in a second can of cream of mushroom and one can of cream of chicken. But you could substitute cream of celery for the second cream of mushroom. I've got my original Velveeta here and I am adding in 16 ounces. I just cut these into smaller cubes so it'll be easier to melt and combine. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper and some garlic powder. Put your lid on your crockpot. We're going to cook this on low for four hours stirring occasionally. After 4 hours, we're ready for the big reveal. Give this a stir. Look how creamy and thick this is. Grab yourself a bowl. Take a bite and enjoy. Now, I found that this broccoli still had a little bit of crispness to it and that's part of the joy of using the frozen broccoli. So easy, so good. You gotta try it.
