Breakfast
The basic recipe is:
½ mashed banana
1/3 cup Trader Joe’s GF rolled oats (any rolled oats should work fine)
2/3 cup milk of your choice (I used rice milk for my TN allergic son, almond works great too)
½ tsp chia or flax seeds (this is for an extra health boost and can be omitted)
toppings of your choice: Here I added a ½ tsp of acai berry powder, a small handful of chocolate chips, freeze dried strawberries (also from TJs), and cocoa nibs (bitter but SUPER healthy and when mixed in with some
