Great with cut veggies, spread on bread or corn thins. Ingredients: 2 cans butter beans or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed Half a lemon Half a cup olive oil (might need more depending on the consistency you like) Garlic cloves (I do between 2-3) 2 sprigs of thyme Good dash paprika (I’ve used sweet but great with smoked as well!) Good dash of salt and pepper Throw all the ingredients into a blender. And well, blend."
