Alex Rios on Instagram: "Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice 🔥 recipe ⬇️ 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch chunks 1/4 cup soy sauce or coco aminos 1/4 cup mirin 2 tbsp brown sugar 2 garlic cloves, grated 1 tsp ginger, grated 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp oil Marinate chicken with all the ingredients above (minus the oil) for at least 1 hr. In a hot pan, add oil and cook chicken reserving as much marinade as possible in the bowl. Cook chicken for a few minutes untouched so it develops a bit of a char. Flip and add reserved marinade to the pan. Now keep sautéing until the sauce is thick and coat the chicken.
