• 1 Carrot, large
• 1 Celery, rib
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Leek, medium
• 1 lb Mushrooms
• 1 Onion, large
• 1 tsp Rosemary, dry or fresh
• 1 tsp Sage, dry or fresh
• 1/2 tsp Thyme

• 2 tbsp Tomato paste

• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
