Teresa Ma on Instagram: "The daily 50 for beginners but… Don’t get caught up in the number. It’s true , I love this challenge if you’re getting started in fitness. It’s a handful of basic but effective beginner friendly exercises that help build your muscle and mind. 💪🏽 But the most important thing is to listen to your body and only do as many reps as you can with good form. That might mean you do 10 great reps today and aim to do a couple more next time. Or, that might mean breaking the exercise up into 5 sets of 10 resting between sets. Looking at 50 reps as simply a goal to work towards keeps you motivated and moving. And remember every movement counts and even just doing 2 to 3 days a week will make a huge difference.
