Recipe • Par boil the potatoes for 5 minutes then remove from heat and place in cold water to stop the cooking • Par boil the ears of corn for 3 minutes then remove and let cool down • Cut the corn into 2 inch thick slices. • Cut the andouille sausage into 1 inch thick slices Assemble on a metal skewer alternating potatoes, shrimp, sausage and corn • Spray with avocado oil then lightly season with old bay • Grill over direct high heat for 2-3 minutes each side. • Remove once the shrimp is full cooked and the vegetables have char on them. • Brush melted butter and squeeze lemon juice over the top, then generously season with old bay. . . #seafood #delicious #cooking"
