Home made piggy bank. So much fun to make. Great way to save up some cash. Blow up a balloon and add a layer of paper meche. Let that layer dry and reapply until the thickness of the meche makes it hard enough that it doesn't "bend " when you squeeze it. Add ears a nose and a tail ( I used small paper cups ) and add paper meche around that until it doesn't " squish". Cut the slot with an exacto knife ( works the best). Use tweezers to get the balloon out. Then you have a homemade piggy bank.
