The Execrable Bede An album of astounding depth, breadth & scope. With production reminiscent of label-mate Sol, this is definitely 1 of the best albums i've heard this year. Very hard to pick a favorite: "Stand Up for Human Pride" is my new national anthem, eclipsing Santa Hates You's "Scum", while "Ole Mid-Life Crisis" is nothing short of brilliant. The cover of "Mahk Jchi" may well be the song i use to lull me to sleep for the rest of my life. Favorite track: My Angel.

juleag Pura Fe’s preservation, understanding, and promotion of the Native American roots of “American” music really moves me. This song is incredible, it hits me right in the center of the chest.
