You can cancel your Basic Membership by contacting the Range USA location where you signed up or by speaking to our customer service. Let them know you're moving, and they’ll guide you through the cancellation process

With a basic membership, does one still pay the $24 every visit (on a weekday), with no set end time? Or once a month, the fee is paid, and going to shoot on a weekday is free?

With the Basic Membership, you pay once a month and get unlimited range access on both weekdays and weekends.

I understand if you have a Premium or Elite membership that one guest is free on you lane. My question is, what is the charge or how does it work for a guest on your lane with a Basic membership? Thank you for the reply

Hi K C,

As a Basic Member, a guest on your lane will pay the "Additional Shooter" price which can be found on your stores location page under "Range Pricing".

Pretty Darn Happy

I have the basic membership. It works well for my first time during the weekdays. All of the employees at the Round Rock location have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend membership.
