An Important message from DJ Absolutely Shit

For now you can't find DJ Absolutely Shit on any social media. The reason is we see a lot of creative people getting sad and downhearted because they believe that to have any chance of their music successfully reaching people they have to be better at social media and campaign management than actually making music. Often people struggle to think of creating content that doesn't contradict their artistic approach or test their moral compass and force them to use the very platforms that impact their mental health negatively. For this cohort of artists we have chosen to try and obtain some, even small success with this music without a social media presence or marketing machine behind it. Hopefully this will give some hope to the disillusioned and prove that there are other options and approaches you can take that still reach people.

This isn't a war against people who use social media to market themselves effectively. All approaches are valid and, at the end of the day, if this approach doesn't work for us we will set up a DJ Ab Shit Insta and start smashing out content ha ha. It's a hopeful experiment thats all.
