Anyone can make a reel.
Few can tell a story.
Reelfr drafts a multi-act script with a real arc — hook, build, payoff — then renders it scene by scene with cinematic pacing, motion, and captions. The story does the work the algorithm rewards.

Slop is a
liability now.
YouTube terminated 11 channels in January 2026 for "AI inauthenticity." Slideshow-TTS is a monetization timebomb. Reelfr is built for the post-slop bar — output that earns attention, then clears policy.
Slideshow TTS
- No arc — just facts read over a stock-B-roll slideshow
- Robotic captions or none at all
- Hook misses; viewer drops by second three
- YouTube flags as inauthentic, monetization revoked
- Every short looks like every other channel
Hybrid motion shorts
- Multi-act script with a real arc — hook, build, payoff
- Hybrid motion option — 2–4 scenes as real video frames per render
- Burned-in captions + A/B title variants to pick from
- Approve or remix every step — script, voice, scenes, style
- One consistent voice across every scene

Things people ask first.
How is Reelfr different from CapCut, Opus Clip, or Submagic?
Those tools edit footage you already filmed or already have. Reelfr starts from a topic and ships finished motion video — script, stills, hybrid clips, captions, render.
Will my channel get flagged for AI inauthenticity?
This is the question we built the product around. Hybrid motion is the main move — we render real video frames via text-to-video models on selected scenes, not still slideshows. Scripts are LLM-generated per topic with varied styles, voices, and language, not template fills. Tighter caption and pacing controls are next on the roadmap. Platforms change rules; we update the pipeline when they do.
Who owns the videos? Can I monetize them?
You own every render — full commercial rights, including monetization, ad reads, paid sponsorships, and re-uploads. Reelfr does not retain rights to your output and does not train models on your projects. Voiceovers use licensed-for-commercial-use synthesis; visuals are generated under terms that pass through to you.
What does a credit actually buy me?
It depends on the motion in the render. A short of AI-generated stills with camera pan and zoom is the cheaper draw; a render that mixes in 2–4 real text-to-video clips — what we call hybrid motion — costs more per short. The dashboard shows the exact draw for your brief before you confirm, so you always know what you’ll spend.
Can I edit the script and visuals before render?
Yes. Every step is approve-or-remix — script, style, scenes, voice, captions. Defaults are tuned to be shippable; override anything you want.
What if I cancel?
Two-click cancel from the dashboard. Unused credits expire at period end. You keep every video you rendered, forever.
