About me

I am a graduate in Computer Science living in Cesena, Italy. I recently completed my Master’s degree at the University of Bologna, where I majored in machine learning. My thesis’ focus was on neurosymbolic applications to solve linear algebra problems through structured reasoning via multi-turn tool-use.

Prior to this, I completed my join honours bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at the University of Manchester. My former focus was on automated reasoning via formal logic, where I built for my bachelor’s thesis a CDCL SAT solver for propositional satisfiability.

I’m currently learning about ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers, PyTorch, LLMs, Agents frameworks, Vector Databases, AI Agents.

You can find my resume here.

Prior Experience

I worked as a full-stack/Python software engineer for 4 years at Onit Group and Agronica. The work involved IoT integrations for warehouse equipment control and web development for automation in the agricultural industry.

Prior to this, I spent one year working as a software engineer at Diamond Light Source, working on a Python library for accelerator controls. This interface replaced the existing MATLAB-based workflows to ease experimentation, enabling precise magnet control and alignment.

Projects

I have contributions in various open source projects, most of which can be found on GitHub.

Some school projects were interesting enough to be worth mentioning here:

I also built a few secondary projects with applications within broader domains:
