Kicking-off the RP5 Workshop this morning with a focus on the capacity key performance area (KPA)!✈️ The discussion highlighted how capacity should be captured in the RP5 framework, ensuring that capacity targets are ambitious, achievable, in line with the SES 2+ framework and in support of a more efficient and resilient European air traffic management network. From the Performance Review Board perspective, Joe Sultana underlined the importance of an efficient, sustainable and results-focused performance plans. He stressed that measures must be designed to deliver measurable capacity improvements, as a necessity to deal with the challenges we will face in the near future. Over the course of this 2-days workshop, the discussion will continue across the other KPAs, providing an important opportunity to exchange views on the broader implementation of RP5.
