Ingredients: 1 cup (250g) cottage cheese 6 eggs 1/2 cup (75g) peas 250g broccoli, chopped 1 medium carrot, chopped 2 tbsps almond flour ( or wholemeal flour) pinch of salt and pepper 30g of grated cheese Whisk together cottage cheese, the eggs, and wholemeal flour until well combined. Season with salt and pepper or your seasonings of choice. Chop broccoli and carrots and cook them in a steamer basket or sauté in a pan until tender. Stir the veggies into the cottage cheese mixture.
