But my husband also is a white meat lover and THIS recipe is one we actually both really love - even though if you do it with pargiyot or pulkies & thighs I will not be mad (actually very happy 🤣🤣 because it’s also really yummy) The apple juice is key - it’s how I keep the juiciness in the white meat as well as adding more flavor . RECIPE: 1/3 cup oil 4-5 garlic cloves, minced 2 heaping tbsp. Sweet paprika in oil (Pereg brand makes this) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp. Pepper 4-5 white chicken cutlets 4-5 Yukon gold potatoes, sliced into thick chunks 2 onions, sliced About 1 cup apple juice Dried parsley 1/2 lemon, juiced In a baking dish, add the oil, spices and garlic and mix well. Then add your cutlets and really coat them well in the oil mixture. Then add your potatoes and onions and mix with the chicken and paprika oil mixture till everything is well coated. Flatten out in pan. Then add the apple juice. Season the top with dried parsley and lemon. Cover with parchment paper and then foil Bake on 350F for 45 minutes and then uncovered for another 25-35 minutes till the apples juice has reduced and you have a beautiful red golden baked dish.
