Alright, so we're going to go with some Italian sausage, right? And we're going to go ahead and cook that per package. Make sure you get that little thing off. This is really easy to do. These are 16 ounces a piece and we're using two of em and you're going to grab some boiling water. Yeah, I got a little salt in there. Grab some penne penne pasta and I'm going to use one of these boxes which is one pound. Cook that per package. Okay, not long at all, right? Now, you're going to take your pasta. Alright, we're going to get back into the pot after you got all the water out of it. Alright, we got the Italian sausage all cooked, crumbled, and got all the grease removed. Drop that in the pot. Can't be wasting the product. Alright, once we got it in there, grab your favorite Alfredo sauce and if yours happens to be homemade, I've done it before. You can do that or just grab like I like as rails, right? We're going to grab that and get that in this this right here is a 15 ounce jar right and then take a little bit of water not a lot shake it up make sure we get it all out there it is then we're going to grab another one I'm using 22 ounces or so alright grab some ricotta cheese 15 ounces right and get that up in there if you don't like ricotta cheese I mean I don't know what really the substitutes are I'm sure there maybe but man you gotta go with it man when you're using it in certain meals then we're going to grab some sour cream, right? Everybody loves sour cream. Eight ounces sour cream. Get that into play. Put a little bit of minced garlic about a teaspoon or two. Get that in there. Now we got two eggs. Right? We're just going to go ahead. Get two eggs into just a like a little bowl or whatever. No shells. Look. Right? There's another one. No shells. Perfect. Now we're going to just lightly beat these. You don't want to overbeat them. Just lightly beat them. Alright once we got it all lightly whisk. Add the egg. Little bit of fresh parsley. Get that in there. Ooh what's coming? Oh yes you did. Y'all just didn't know when. Well technically we already got the ricotta cheese in there. We're going to go with some Parmesan shredded. And this is how many ounces? 7 ounces. Get that in there. Now what you're going to do right here you see you're going to get this all well mixed in Alright, look at this. Well mixed. Well good, right? It's cool down a little. Now you're going to do is grab that nine by 13. You're going to grab your mixture and you're going to go ahead and spread it all out. Get it all out of that pot into that nine by 13. You knew I was going to come out with some more. This is the off the block mozzarella for the third cheese. 2 cups. Right? We're going to get that two cups. Spread it all all around evenly. Yep that's all of it. And then nine by 13. Alright go ahead get that oven should be ready at 350 ° baked Fahrenheit uncovered we're going to put it in here all oven times can vary my oven's going to be about 2025 minutes or until it's bubbly okay I let it cool didn't take long at all we're going to top this off right about here with a little more fresh parsley and would you all look at that right Wow. Look. Ooh. Did you hear how creamy that was? Oh you noticed going to have a cheese pull. Y'all got that cheese pull. Look at that. Look at how creamy it is. I want to hear nothing about it being dry. That is far from dry. Excellent. Look at that cheese. What's that to look? Y'all seen how easy that was, right? Didn't take long at all. Piece of cake. Yes. With that Italian sausage in there.
