Let me teach you how it's made. Good morning everyone. We're doing a breakfast dish and you all know this it's pork and beans but of course done my way using Purefoods deli products. Thick cut bacon and breakfast sausages. To make this recipe you'll need thick cut bacon. Slice them like so about an inch to an inch and a half. And you're going to brown that in a little bit of olive oil there. Make sure your pan is really hot so that we can get a nice browning of your bacon. And then we're going to add the onions, garlic. I'm going to crush some bay leaves, tomato paste, tomato sauce. These are white beans, whole peppercorns, some cloves, Worcestershire sauce, some sugar, vinegar, some pork stock, some salt, some hot pepper sauce, some brown sugar. I kid you not when I tell you this is probably the best breakfast sausage that you can buy straight off any freezer of any grocery. The Purefoods Breakfast sausage is tasty on its own. It's juicy and it's fantastic. The color now is nice. Cook your sausages until such time that they split open. Then stop cooking. It's now boiling. I'm going to simmer this just a little more. And this is one way that I like plating it and serving it in a pan. Because I like people to see what goes into my pork and beans. I browned my breakfast sausages so that it makes my dish even more flavorful. I fried honey cured bacon. I finish this off with eggs so that I don't have to do anything else. They just mix it and the meal is complete. Just a little salt for the eggs. And then we finish it off with some parsley. So this is your lavish pork and beans with everything on it. You have the Purefoods deli. Breakfast sausage, thick cut bacon, and the classic honey cured bacon. All in one. It has eggs. It has pork and beans and more pork than beans. It's delicious. Who doesn't love a good season? That's what I'm going to make right now using thick cut bacon from the Purefoods Deli Line. So just remember equal portions of bacon. Look at this golden brown take that out of the oil. Save a little bit of that bacon fat for later. After transferring your bacon bits to a bowl. You're going to have to incorporate the pig's head. And then you dice them just about the same size as your bacon. Then you add some onions, some chilies, calamansi, a little bit of vinegar, a little bit of liquid seasoning, a little bit of garlic, mix that well. Add a little salt, a little pepper. Then on a griddle on a sizzling plate. Get a little bit of bacon oil. Put that there. Then add your seafood mixture. And we will cook it like so for about five to 10 minutes. Until we have brown bits and then we're going to turn that around and finish our season. Now to do the salsa is fairly simple. Just dice some tomatoes. Add some onions. Some spring onions. Some garlic. Lemon juice or calamansi juice. A little bit of vinegar. Some salt. A little pepper. A little bit of olive oil. Oh look at that. Look at that. I like it slightly toasted so I'm going to do 10 minutes. With all the new products from Purefoods Deli. It is so so easy to elevate your everyday dishes. The next component of my dish is the aioli with sriracha. So this is some store bought mayonnaise, griracha, a little bit of salt, a little pepper, a little sugar, and some garlic. Can you hear that? That's when you know we're almost done. When the smell of your seasig makes you hungry, your sisig is done. Put your sriracha aioli like so. Salsa. Spread it out evenly. On my arugula, I'm just going to mix some olive oil, a little bit of vinegar, a little salt, a little pepper, some shishito peppers that I cooked in olive oil, some chilies like real red chilies, some red onions, it really makes a difference. This is your classic honey cured bacon that I fried and chopped and that will finish my dish. This is for crunch and for added flavor. When ordinary dishes become extraordinary, it makes me very, very happy and this seaswig is a perfect example. Made with thick cut bacon and classic honey cured bacon. What's my next dish? Well, that's coming right up. I'm going to do one of my son Diego's favorite things to eat and that's the Angus beef patty burger by Purefoods together with bacon jam. Let's make that. It's quite easy. Let me show you how. This is the new product of Purefoods that I love to make it with. It's called the thick cut bacon. First, heat up your pan and put your bacon in. You can put a little oil if you wish. That will help cook our bacon bits faster. When your bacon bits are just about golden is the perfect time for you to put in your onions. So add some white onions in there. So bacon jam. Why bacon jam? Well simply because my son loves bacon and because I love caramelized onions. And simply because this mixture this jam will make your burger taste so much better. So I'm going to add some brown sugar, a little bit of balsamic vinegar. A little bit of pepper, maybe just another minute or two. Then you have to taste it of course. At the end of the day, it's always what makes you happy that makes a good dish. Little bit of chili flakes, magnolia gold butter. Let's go fire that burger next. Oil your or oil your griddle No need to season. The Angus beef patties by Purefoods are ready to cook. Quite simple. Just take them out of the packet and cook them. And when you're making your burger, consider using beef bacon for a change of flavor. It's actually quite good. And after 45 seconds to just about a minute, flip your burgers depending of course on how hot your griddle or your pan is. Now I'm to invert that beef bacon. Look. It's nice and golden. So now all I have to do is to assemble my burger. Oh. Diego you're going na? Yeah I'm good. It's not done yet. Wait a while. 5 minutes. 5 minutes. Wait for it. Don't eat the bacon. Oh Did you like that? That's quite good. That's the pure food beef bacon. You like it? Yeah. Safer for me later. I have to go now. Alright. Bye. Bye. So after moving my whole kitchen around. It's time for me to assemble your burger. So here I have a burger bun. I'm going to add well in your case add whatever you want. I always like mustard if I have bacon jam. It's a nice contrasting flavor. Place some lettuce. Then we put your excellently cooked beef patty. Of course don't skimp on your onion jam. Put a lot of that. Why two patties you say? Because one is not enough for my son. He plays football after all. More bacon. Few slices of tomatoes. And this is the Purefoods deli burger. It's beautiful. It's tasty. And it's so juicy. Made with thick cut bacon, beef bacon, and of course the Purefoods deli Angus beef patty. Everyday dishes become extraordinary using Purefoods deli products.
