Easy Ragu Bianco (White Bolognese Sauce)
This easy Ragu Bianco recipe will actually blow your mind. You might even permanently swap your beloved tomato based bolognese for it. A white bolognese sauce truly is one of my favorite things, it is so rich and flavorsome. The meat is slow cooked in white wine, milk and stock with pancetta, herbs and lemon to give it max flavour and deliciousness. Don't let the cook time put you off, it's mostly hands off!

Creamy chicken and broccoli sheet pan lasagna
by @maxiskitchen Preheat oven to 425F. Boil 16 oz lasagna noodles, drain, toss with olive oil, and cut into ~3” squares. Melt 6 Tbsp butter in a pot, add 6 Tbsp flour, whisk, and gradually mix in 6 cups milk. Add 2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/8 tsp cayenne. Cook until thickened. Stir in 3 cloves garlic, 16 oz broccoli, 5 oz spinach, 8 oz chicken, and 1/2 cup parmesan. Add noodles, mix, and spread on a baking sheet. Top with 1/2 cup parmesan. Bake for 30 mins until golden. Enjoy!

Ingredients for 4: 1/2 tbsp butter 1/2 tbsp olive oil 6 rashers maple bacon, sliced 1 brown onion, diced 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional) Salt and pepper 270g sun dried tomatoes 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped 2 tbsp cream cheese 150ml thickened cream 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets 250g bucatini (trust me, you don't need a lot of pasta for this, max 300g for 4) Parmesan Serve with: Freshly shaved Parmesan Freshly chopped Parmesan

BEST butter pasta 4 for 2 ever!
200 grams spaghetti, 120 grams butter, 10 sage leaves, 1/2 tsp black pepper 60 grams finely grated Parmesan , 2/3 cup pasta water, Salt to taste Follow video for instructions. Brown the butter and set aside (remove sage leaves). Boil pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water before draining. When almost cooked pour browned butter back into a large fry pan and heat, add 1/3 cup pasta water and the pepper and whisk vigorously letting it thicken slightly. Add cooked pasta with another 1/3 cup pasta water, toss then sprinkle Parmesan in an even layer on top of pasta. Let it gently melt on top on a VERY low heat undisturbed. Spin around with tongs until you get a glossy sauce. Serve with sage leaves on top.
