Richele Rae Baburina on Instagram: "Paint hydrangea in 3 steps! 1. Lay down 4 square strokes while rotating the paper. This stroke is made by holding the brush horizontal to the page then laying bristles down from point to end & sweeping out without lifting the brush. 2. Continue the first step a number of times until the flower cluster (inflorescence) is complete. 3. Grab thick creamy paint on the point of your brush and make four dots in the center of each in a tiny diamond pattern. This watercolor technique is called brush drawing as it doesn’t relies solely on the brush to give life to a line.
