Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups Hearty Crescent Roll-Ups with Sausage, Egg, and Cheese  Ingredients: 5 eggs 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls 8 sausage links 4 slices Cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs. Unroll the dough on a work surface and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each cheese slice in half and place one half on each triangle. Top each with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link. Loosely roll up the triangles and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet. Brush the tops with the reserved beaten eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until
