Since I finally made my way up to Mckinney to try it, I decided to go all in and get the full platter to try EVERY SINGLE ONE. 🤤 Tag someone who would share this platter of deviled eggs with you and NOT judge you for ordering it. 😂➡️ The flavors are UNREAL so save this for some of my favorites and for the next time you need a fun appetizer for a party or get together! 🎉 Some of my favorites were: 🥓Jalapeno Popper 🔥Buffalo Chicken Ranch 🌮Walking Taco 🦀Crab Rangoon Other honorable mentions were the Caesar Salad, Backyard BBQ and BLTE! But you may just have to go try them for yourself to see which are your faves..👀 Also note this location does not have an area to dine in, so plan on taking them to go and sitting on a bench around downtown Mckinney, or bringing them home to try! | Brittany Rose

Baked eggs. Start by adding wilted spinach in an oven safe dish. Make a little well on the middle then to the sides. Add cherry tomatoes, a soft cheese. I used goat cheese. Add some fresh basil and then season the salt. Once seasoned, crack an egg into the middle and be careful not to break that yolk. Fill the remaining ramekin with double cream or heavy cream and then top with a good hard cheese. I used cheddar. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for around eight to 10 minutes. Leave to cool then enjoy.

Comment “NEWSLETTER” and I’ll send you a link to your DMs to join my community! 1. Crack into a fine mesh strainer and let sit for a minute. This separates loose whites from the solid ones. When eggs age the whites loosen, which isn’t great for poaching because they loose shape. 2. Bring water up to a warm temp, just before it bubbles. Add a splash of vinegar and give it a gentle swirl, slowly lowering the egg into the swirl. Don’t make it a tornado. Do this with all the eggs. 3. Once the whites form gently lift off the bottom so it doesn’t stick. 4. Remove after a few minutes once the whites are set and the yolk still jiggles. 5. Place on

I'm making quiche Lorraine. Let's get right into it. I'm going to chop up my bacon. Throw that in a pan and get that over there getting kind of crispied up. Meanwhile I got some onions. I'm going to go ahead and chop those up. We're doing a medium dice. Little bit of butter in another pan. Those go on the stove. We're going to start sauteing them. Guys I got my Swiss cheese. Use the block here. Grate it yourself. We want this to get nice and melty in these quiches. That looks ready. It into a pan. We're going to check our bacon. Looks super crispy. Onions have some really nice color on them. It's time to get our egg mixture going. So I'm going to throw 30 eggs into here. I'm making four quiches and they're deep dish, okay? So that means I'm going seven and a half eggs per. So I'm going to get these all mixed up. I find my stick blender is the easiest way to do it. I add about a cup of heavy cream. Season with some salt, black pepper. Give that a little stir. We're going to throw in that bacon. Throw in the onions. And add in that cheese. Guys give this a nice stir. And then like I said I'm doing deep dish pies and I didn't make these pie shells. I bought them. It's way easier that way. We're going to go ahead and fill them up. I did get the deep dish like I keep saying. I want these to be a little bit thicker since we're since we're serving them as a meal. So I load them up. Pour all the additional egg. Get them all topped off. My oven set to three hundred and seventy-five. They're going to go about 45 minutes and that's what they look I'm going to let them cool down completely. Wrap them up. Throw them in the fridge. Good morning. It's Friday. Let's have some brunch. Okay, quiche is ready. I'm going to wrap these lightly in foil. Now my oven is set to about 250 degrees. I'm just going to kind of bring these back up to temperature. Pull them out. Steaming hot. I'm going to cut that into six pieces. That way everybody gets a fairly large piece. And guys at that. It's ready. Let's plate it up. The quiche goes down. I made some really nice breakfast potatoes. We got some fresh strawberries. It's a simple meal today. I take a bite that's bacony, oniony, cheesy. It's just perfect. The potatoes go really well on the side. This was a great brunch. What a treat. Thanks for watching. Cheers everyone.
