I just like it. I got some butter melted in here. What we're going to do with this butter, we're going to throw a few onions in it. Just not a whole bunch, just a some onions. Yeah, we're just going to saute the onions in a little bit in butter and you know what I always say. It's in butter or bacon. If it's in butter or bacon, it got to be good. I like this stuff here. Put a little bit of this in there but you can use any kind of seasoning you personally like. That's that's what I say. Dump some of this on. This is just Parmesan cheese here. Alright. Stir it around a little bit. Cook down a little bit. Now, the good stuff. Y'all know what this is? I don't know which half it is but it's half and half. I add this to a lot of stuff because what it does it puts a sheen on it makes it shine plus it got a good taste to it okay we're going to let that come up to a simmer get them onions moving through there good with that cheese Turn it up a tad in half. Alright, y'all. Y'all gotta keep stirring it, stirring it. See how it's thickening up. Well, once we start filling that, we're going to add something else to it. But it's going to be good like this. Trust me. It is good. You can't never have enough cheese on its own. We'll cut it back down a little bit. And I got some mozzarella cheese. In there. That's it. That's what I'm talking about. Now we gotta melt this down. Oh yeah. Pour half an egg y'all. Put it down a little bit. Now, this cheese will go to a little stage where it gets kind of hard but then, it will soften right back up. What we have today. Ta the. Crawfish. Louisiana made crawfish. Y'all fixing to dump this in here. Show y'all. This will change your life. Put it here. Now don't most people wash them. Don't wash them. That that juice is good. See that juice? It going to turn a little bit red. But once you get your crawfish in there just stir them in. Mm. Oh I got one more thing y'all. Some people like this. Some people don't. I like it. You know what that is? Just a can of mushroom. That's simple. Mm mm. Y'all look at this. Look. I mean that don't look good. Look at that. We're just going to let this crawfish soak up this use and few little mushrooms we got in there. Stir around a little bit. We're going to have a meal here y'all. Imma pick it up. Drain it. And we're going to drop it right in there. Look at there. Oh my goodness. It ain't nothing but goodness y'all. I promise you that. Do that twice time. Look at that. That made a whole pot full. I don't know if it could be a lovely machine. You talking about good. Oh my goodness.
