Dhepesh on Instagram: "Yo, let’s make this easy mooli ki dal. Ik I haven’t been posting much, but will try to get back to posting once i figure out my routine. For this recipe, rinse and soak 1/4 cup moong and toor dal, and soak for 15 mins. After soaking, add in 2 slit green chillies, 1 small or 1/2 medium sized tomato, 1 medium sized radish cut into fries, and some salt. Pressure cook for 4 whistles, the first one high and then on low for the next three. Let the pressure release naturally. Meanwhile, in a pan, add in 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1/3 tsp mustard and jeera seeds each, once smoky and popped, add in 1 red chilli, hing, curry leaves. Add in your cooked dal, and give it a good mix. It’s a little chewy, crunchy from the almonds and the salt is soo good with the dark chocolate flavour. 1 395g can condensed milk 360g dark chocolate I think this taste the best but if you want a super sweet treat then go ahead and use mil more white. 20g butter Salt 100-150g of slivered almonds or a nut of your choice toasted In a heat proof bowl combine condensed milk, chocolate chopped, butter and a large pinch of salt. Microwave for 3 minutes but stir it every minute it will thicken after each stir. After minute 3 add the nuts and combine well. Make sure you work fast to make it easier on you. Pour into a lined tray. My tray is smaller than a standard oven tray I don’t know the size but it’s fine if you want a thicker slice
