Lake Harriet Update
Located in the heart of the Minneapolis Lakes area in the Fulton neighborhood, this 1928 home had not been updated in decades. It was, however, had an efficient layout with a large front living room and a dining room with beautiful wood work. A classic Minneapolis residence. It's deep roof overhangs, red brick and stucco exterior were a great starting point. but for a family with three young kids, it lacked a few critical spaces.

Sometimes the best intervention is a subtle one. Updates in the living room included wall color, removing the textured ceiling, and all new floor coverings and furnishings.
