Baked corn
5 bacon
Multi peppers (1/2 each color)
1 can creamed corn
1can whole corn
1/3 cup sour cream
2 or 3 slices provolone cheese
Red pepper flakes
Juice of 1 lime
Homemade toasted sourdough bread
Fry bacon remove from pan, drain most of grease, add peppers and sauté, return bacon crumbles to pan , add corn and sour cream red pepper and juice of lime, cut slices of cheese into pieces add and heat, salt to taste. Place in casserole dish and top with bread crumbs, bake 350 for 30 minutes.
Bread crumbs
2 slices sourdough bread
Butter both sides, sprinkle with garlic and dried cilantro and bake until toasted, crumble on corn
