>> HONEST CONFESSION <<  Truthfully I have always been self conscious about my legs. While playing high school volleyball I got the nickname 'Thunder'. Sure part of it was from spiking the ball and getting a kill.. When the ball hit the ground it sounded like Thunder.. But the true reason was because of my Thunder Thighs. True story.  It is something that has always made me ashamed and embarrassed. It is the first thing I look at in the mirror. I constantly critique, and wonder what it would be like to have smaller legs. I always told myself... They are to support your body! Mmmm.. That never quieted my mind.  Everyone has that one thing that they see when they look in the mirror. This is what I see.  Now that I have started to work out, for the first time my thighs do not touch when I walk. They do not ripple and take two minutes to stop moving after I run. My cellulite is GONE. I don't feel like I need to buy 2 plane seats when I travel.  Am I still self conscious about them? YES! I still do not feel that they are small, but showing myself how far I have come, truly makes me proud. Battling the mean thoughts you have about yourself is something I am still learning to overcome.
