Preheat the oven to 175C/350F. 2. Cut your cauliflower to about 2/3 inch slices. Set aside. 3. Mix together almond flour, vegan parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, oregano, paprika, and salt. Place it in a flat plate. Set aside. 4. Whisk together Hal cup of plant milk with a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it to a flat plate. Dip the cauliflower slices into the mixture on both sides. Then transfer to the “breading” mixture. Make sure is coated on both sides. Place it on a parchment paper prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all are coated. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. While its baking, mix your sauce ingredients until fully combined. Take the cauliflower out of the oven and add sauce and vegan mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven for 15 more minutes. Top it off with fresh parsley and Enjoy! So today weather is cold out there which means it's pierogi season. I've got two boxes of these classic onion ones. And two boxes of these four cheese medley pierogies. To that we're going to be adding an entire box. This is four cups of chicken broth. This is such an easy recipe to make for the colder months. So fill in. I love pierogi season. Do you have a favorite pierogi filling? Let me know. I've got some Polish kibasa here. Just going to cut these up. That goes on top of those pierogies. And then I've also got some beef smoked sausage. This is so good. And you could honestly use any kind of smoked sausages or kielbasa that you'd like. Gonna cut this down the middle. These kinds of warm pop meals are so great. So, we're going to cut those up and we're going to add that to our kilbasa as well. To that, we're going to be adding a block of cream cheese. I've gone ahead and cut these into strips. So, you just kind of put them in between everything And it'll melt faster this way as well. Once we've got the last bit of the cream cheese we're going to top everything with a two cup bag of this marbled cheddar. You can use sharp cheddar if you'd like. I just like having all the different cheddars in one. Spread that around and then going to add just a little bit of salt. And some cracked black pepper. And then cook this on high for three hours or on low for six. Well, take a look at how steamy it all is. Go ahead and mix everything together. Few gentle stirring. It's going to make this creamy sauce. It goes all over the kielbasa and the pierogi. Okay, once that's all mixed together, you can take it to a potluck just like this. Just add a little parsley to the top. Make it look really pretty. Let's go ahead and grab some pierogies and some kilbasta. That looks so good, guys. I love pierogies. These are so good. You need to make a bash.

Creamy chicken and broccoli sheet pan lasagna
16 oz. Dry Lasagna Noodles▪️Olive Oil▪️6 Tbsp Butter▪️6 Tbsp Flour▪️6 Cups Milk▪️2 tsp Kosher Salt▪️1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper▪️1/4 tsp Nutmeg▪️1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper▪️3 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped▪️16 oz. Broccoli, finely chopped▪️5 oz. Baby Spinach, roughly chopped▪️8 oz. Shredded Rotisserie Chicken Breast (2+1/2 Cups)▪️1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided▪️ 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 425F. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. 2️⃣ Boil the lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain and toss in olive oil to prevent them from sticking. Let cool then cut into ~3” squares with scissors. (Alternatively, you can break the noodles into pieces before boiling).
