I had tons of questions in emails and a count down timer glitch about the sale so I extended it 1 day! 𝟑𝟎% 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞: 𝐉𝐎𝐘 This workout killed me!!! It was a nice variation with a mix of lot of traditional moves in a new way! The pad in the prisoner kneels is on my Amazon favorites but the love works just fine on carpet or with a folded blanket. J just have tender knees so I prefer a pad. I use it all the time for my knees elbows and hips. Sound on for cues on form and breathing!
