Use 1-2 layers of gel color of choice. Cure 3. Apply a layer of the HG PROFESSIONAL CHROME & SHINE TOP COAT NO-WIPE. (LED/ UV) 4. Use a silicone brush, a sponge or your finger tip to buff a thin layer of pigment onto nail surface. 5. Use light pressure to rub pigment into the nail, an up and down and circular motion to ensure full coverage of pigment. 6. Brush off excess powders off the nail and cuticle area. 7.
