Teran Sands | Family Compound Living on Instagram: "Here’s what we did with the land for our family compound. My mom originally bought the land as one big piece of property. When we were all interested in moving to the land we decided which piece each of us wanted. This was after we reviewed the land and county restrictions and knew that each of us needed at least 2 acres to have a water well and septic system. We then had the property divided into three new pieces. Then we replatted and resurveyed the land.
