Lay down on your back (legs bent or extended) and interlace your fingers to cradle the back of your head and neck  3. Keeping your head straight, nose pointed up, look your eyes over to the right for at least 30 seconds. If you yawn, sigh, or yawn, this is your body is responding to a nervous system shift!  4. Look over to the left for at least 30 seconds  5. Sit back up and re-check your neck mobility. Can you move easier side to side? Does it feel more balanced? Less tension?
