Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf
Ingredients: - 1 lb ground chicken - 1 cup diced ham - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs - 1/4 cup milk - 1 egg - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1/4 tsp paprika - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, diced ham, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined. 3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. 4. Brush the top of the meatloaf with Dijon mustard. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). 6. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
