The Best Shrimp Creole
Sharing The Best Shrimp Creole recipe! I’ve been making this Shrimp Creole recipe for clients for as long as I’ve been a personal chef, and it's always a hit! This beloved New Orleans dish is super easy to make, doesn't require a roux, and can be on the table in about 45 minutes for a taste of the Big Easy any night!
Joedy Tran on Instagram: "Crispy honey shrimp…….this can get pretty expensive at the restaurant. Let’s make them at home for a fraction of the price with extra sauce cause you can’t get enough. You can add glazed honey walnut. She doesn’t want any nut today. That’s what she said, but whatever #heffaaclub Recipe for sauce: •5 tablespoon mayonnaise •2 tablespoon condensed milk •1 tablespoon honey •1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Mix well together. Youll need: shrimp , pizza crust rolls , butter, everything seasoning.... | By Rick's Friend Via | Alright, y'all. So, what we're going to do is take the shrimp and I'm going to show you the best shrimp hack ever. So, we're going to take these peelings right off and you're going to do this with all of your shrimp. Leave the tails on. We're just taking off the body here but just like this and I find that when you go in here just like this and slide it in with a fork and then, rip forward and doing that down the whole spine, it makes a nice, easy pass for you to scoop right and get all of that out in one nice, clean shot. So, now that we've gotten that all nice and cleaned, it's ready to rinse. Alright, so now we're going to add some pizza crust. So, this is the Pillsbury Dough one and I just love it because it's so easy and already prepped. So, once you've gotten that nice and open, you're going to hit it. Drop it on down to your plate here and all we're going to do is roll this out nicely just like this. S. Just like that. It's okay if it's not perfect. Nobody's judging. We're going to grab your pizza cutter and we're just going to run down and make different lines all the way down your pizza crust. Alright, so now that we've got those all nicely done, we are going to bring our shrimp back and all we're going to do is take each of those slices, grab that piece of shrimp and we're going to wrap it all around just like that until you've gotten your shrimp nicely coated. So, and if you have extra, that's okay and we're just going to set this on off onto our serving tray and we're going to keep repeating this process until you've gotten all your shrimp nicely laid out. This one line here. And we're just going to do like we did before and wrap that shrimp all the way up here. Just like that. So it's nice and coated. And place it down. Alright, so we've got our last one wrapped up here and we're just going to place that down nicely there and now what we're going to do is bring in some melted butter and our little mixing tool here and we're just going to coat all of these with a little bit of butter. Y'all know that butter goes so well with some shrimp and bread. So, we gotta make sure that we're getting both of those taking care of by adding a little bit of butter here in the south. We like lots of butter. Love butter. Oh Y'all. Y'all I can't wait to eat this. Mmm mmm mmm mmm mmm. Now, we're going to add some everything bagel seasoning and we're just going to sprinkle a little bit on it. Oh yeah. This is great because not only does it have like sesame seeds. It's got garlic. Everything you could possibly imagine. I want that one. Okay. So, now what we're going to do, we're going to pop this in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes and then we'll check in on the shrimp and make sure they're nice and pink and that's all we're looking for is nice pink inside with that dough nice and golden brown. Alright, y'all. So, these are nice and good cooked. I'm going to bring in my little plate here and I'm going to start plating some of these shrimp because my oh my look at how delicious they look. I mean I don't know about you guys but any dish with some shrimp and garlic is ready for me. Mm. So now all you gotta do is hold onto that tail. Ooh. Look at that. That is perfection.
