Ingredients:
• 1 15oz. can black beans, drained & rinsed
• 2 medium mangos, diced
• 2 avocados, diced
• 1 cup fresh corn kernels, cooked (can use canned corn instead)
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 of a red onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (leaves & stems are ok)
• 3-4 limes, juiced (or more if needed)
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
