• 1 packet Premier blanc wine yeast

• 2 lbs Sugar

• 1 tsp Yeast nutrient

• 2 tsp Acid blend (or 2 tbsp. lemon juice)

• 1/8 tsp Tannin powder (or 1 cup of strongly brewed black tea)
